Wild Rice Chicken

1 package quick-cooking long grain and wild rice -- (Uncle Ben's)
1 cup cooked chicken -- chopped
1 can water chestnuts -- sliced (8 oz)
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 1/4 cups finely chopped onion
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup, condensed
Cook rice according to package directions. Combine rice with chopped chicken, water chestnuts, celery, and onion. Place in a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Stir mayonnaise and soup together, and spread over top of chicken.
Bake covered in a preheated 325 oven for 1 hour.
